Athleta at Bellevue Square

Join Laura Mak, personal trainer and yoga instructor, as she provides a strength-building and calorie-burning workout class that challenges you with combinations of athletic yoga moves to lengthen and strengthen the body. She’ll also incorporate movements stemming from barre and Tabata style workouts. Laura will finish class using the IntelliRoll foam roller to guide you through a self-massage.
